Dr. Manish Dhawan is the founder and CEO of MD Clinics. A board-certified Medical Oncologist and Hematologist, Dr. Dhawan established MD Clinics with a vision to bring world-class, compassionate cancer care to the neighborhoods of Northern Louisiana. His leadership has shaped the MD Cares philosophy that defines the group's patient-centered approach.
Dr. Christine J. Ince
MD, FACP — Medical Oncology / Internal Medicine
Dr. Christine Ince is a board-certified Medical Oncologist and Internal Medicine physician specializing in comprehensive cancer care. She earned her medical degree from Howard University and completed her oncology fellowship at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. With extensive experience in cancer diagnosis, treatment, and patient management, Dr. Ince brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to oncology. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care that supports patients throughout their cancer journey.

Dr. Fiorella Sotomayor
MD — Endocrinology / Diabetes & Metabolism
Dr. Fiorella Sotomayor is a board-certified Endocrinologist specializing in diabetes, metabolic disorders, and hormonal conditions. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, followed by an Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Nutrition fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where she served as Chief Fellow. Dr. Sotomayor provides comprehensive endocrine care focused on accurate diagnosis, individualized treatment, and long-term disease management. Her approach emphasizes improving patients' health and quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.

FNP — Oncology & Hematology
Amber Hardy is a Family Nurse Practitioner with clinical experience in oncology and hematology. Her areas of care include anemia, blood clotting disorders, abnormal blood counts, and other hematologic conditions. She supports patients through diagnostic evaluation, treatment management, and ongoing monitoring, with an emphasis on individualized care and helping patients understand their conditions and treatment plans.
Nikkie Salinas-Chavis
FNP — Medical Oncology & Hematology
Nikkie Salinas-Chavis is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical oncology and hematology. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and brings experience in emergency medicine, internal medicine, nephrology, and chronic disease management. Her background includes extensive work in hemodialysis and caring for patients with complex medical conditions.
