Our Story
Built by Physicians, for Patients
MD Clinics was founded by Dr. Manish Dhawan with a clear vision: to bring world-class specialty medicine to communities in Northern Louisiana that have historically lacked access to it. What began as a single-specialty oncology and hematology practice has grown into a thriving multi-specialty group spanning five disciplines and four locations.
From the beginning, the practice has been guided by two principles — clinical excellence and genuine compassion. Every provider we recruit, every location we open, and every partnership we form is evaluated against those standards.
Today, MD Clinics serves thousands of patients across Shreveport, Minden, Mansfield, and Winnsboro, with a team of board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and dedicated administrative professionals working together to deliver seamless, coordinated care.
